Sept. 24 -- Fifth District Congressman Jim Maloney spent the afternoon in Ridgefield, talking with townspeople at the Italian-American Festival. Maloney, seen here speaking with First Selectman Rudy Marconi (left) and nationally-known economist, Ridgefielder Nick Perna (right), has been a regular at the Italian Festival for several years. Hundreds of fairgoers chatted with Maloney and Marconi - Ridgefielders understand that their First Selectman and their Congressman are key decision-makers on issues that matter to the town.
