Democrats Celebrate Victories

[Left] There were plenty of smiles and congratulations tonight. Here, former DTC Chair Jim Diamond drops in and congratulates victorious Selectman Barbara Manners. There had been concern about the outcome of the Selectmen races, due to a crowded field which included unendorsed petitioning Democrat Joseph Heyman. Heyman lost.

Democrats celebrate at The Mariner Mary Pat Devine and family
[Left] After the results were in, Democrats went from the businesslike atmosphere of Headquarters to their favorite party spot, the Ancient Mariner.
[Right] Mary Pat Devine celebrated her reelection to the Board of Education with her husband Frank and her daughter.

[Left] DTC Vice-Chair Mark Robinson did much of the creative work behind Ridgefield Democrats' unprecented 2001 advertising blitz. DTC member Alice Carboni worked tirelessly on the campaign, as she does every election.
[Right] Roger Garbow (right foreground) made a strong but unsuccessful showing in his first-ever run for elective office; this time he ran for ZBA Alternate - most predict it won't be his last run.
