Sept. 28 -- First Selectman Rudy Marconi was the intended guest of honor at a reception held in his honor today at the Golf Lane home of Brian and Michelle Desrosier. But it was a much younger Marconi who stole the show. Rudy's new grandson, Jackson Alexander Marconi made his debut to Ridgefield society today. Jackson was born to Rudy's son Alex and wife Megan in Boston in early August. The bouncing boy clocked in at 8.2 lbs. and 19.5".
About 100 Marconi supporters enjoyed meeting the new First Grandson, and proud Grandpa Rudy obviously enjoyed the attention given to his first grandchild.

Mark Robinson (left) is the Designated Music Holder. You can hear the song on Rudy's official campaign web site.
